NAYLA
The New American Youth Leadership Academy, or NAYLA, is a weekly mentorship program that immerses Lincoln students who identify as new Americans in the principles of leadership, civic engagement, and service learning.
Through activity-based curriculum, invited speakers, and field trips, NAYLA seeks to build confidence and resilience while teaching students about citizenship, social change, community wellness, college readiness, entrepreneurship, and storytelling.
