This community event will share information about race equity in Lincoln and ask for participant feedback. Your input will help inform a future publication about race equity in Lincoln to be shared with policymakers, schools, community learning centers, community organizations, and others.
Civic Nebraska will participate in a resource fair with voter resources and registration materials from 1-3 pm.
Join Civic Nebraska from 2-6 pm on June 3 at Hastings PRIDE. We'll be tabling at the celebration, held in Highland Park in Hastings, with voter resources, voter registration, and employment opportunities.
This conference is making connections across differences – institutional differences, divided communities, and dissimilarities between individuals.
Following a successful summit in February, this event aims to continue the discussion on how to improve North Omaha voter involvement and civic engagement. Civic Nebraska will be on hand with voter education and registration resources.
