Friday, Oct. 25, at 6 pm CDT is the last day to register in person in time to vote in the Nov. 5 general election. It is also the last day for a voter with a religious objection to being photographed to notify the county clerk or election commissioner to add a notation to the poll book indicating such a religious objection.
