The Nebraska Legislature’s Government, Military, and Veterans Affairs Committee will hear testimony on three election-related bills in Room 1525 of the Nebraska State Capitol, 1445 K St. The bills are:
LB193 (Sen. Halloran): Provide requirements for voting systems under the Election Act
LB808 (Sen. Halloran): Provide for counting and recounting ballots under the Election Act by hand count
